What is your MOQ (minimum order quantity)?
For our standard collections the MOQ is 12 pieces per style. For custom (OEM) production the MOQ starts at 50–100 pieces, depending on fabric and design complexity. Special terms are available under our startup program.
How long does custom production take?
Sampling (prototype): 5–10 business days. After sample approval, bulk production is completed within 15–30 business days, depending on order volume. Please contact us early during peak season.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we export regularly to 25+ countries. We ship to Europe, the Middle East, North Africa, the USA and Asia via DHL, UPS, Aramex and air freight. All customs documents (proforma invoice, packing list, commercial invoice) are prepared by us. Export details →
